How to Stop Tea Collection Catalogs
Tea Collection has a dedicated print-catalog unsubscribe form. It asks for the postal details on your catalog, not an email-newsletter signup.
Use the print-catalog form, not Subscribe
Open Tea Collection's catalog unsubscribe page. The removal fields are First Name, Last Name, Address 1, Address 2, City, State / Province and Zip Code. Address 2 is unstarred; use it for the unit or other second address line when one appears on your label.
Copy the printed recipient and address carefully. The page specifically asks for the details as they appear on the catalog. If the catalog uses a former name, do not replace it with the name on a recent online order and assume both records will match.
The email-offer signup lower on the page is a different control. Entering an email under Subscribe does not identify the postal address you want removed. Stay with the catalog fields and complete any provider verification yourself.
Ask support if the form is not usable
The Tea Collection privacy policy names service@teacollection.com for catalog removal. Use a clear postal request rather than asking to delete all of your information unless that broader change is what you want.
Please stop Tea Collection print catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code].
I want catalog removal only, not account or personal-information deletion. Please confirm which mailing record was updated and whether any catalogs already prepared may still arrive.
The copied text is a draft, not a sent request. Replace the brackets before contacting Tea through its official channel. Leave out order details, passwords and payment information; they do not belong in a simple catalog preference message.
Decide separately about other marketing
Tea's policy also provides an email route for asking it not to share information with other marketers. If you want that choice too, spell it out as a separate request. Removing Tea's catalog record is not proof that every other company has removed your address.
You can make the postal request specific while retaining email offers. Conversely, an email unsubscribe does not establish that the physical label has been matched. Keep a note of which channel you asked to change so a support reply is easier to interpret.
Allow for another catalog already prepared
The form warns that one or two additional catalogs might arrive while the request takes effect. That is not a guaranteed maximum for every household or a fixed processing deadline. Save the request date and any response instead of assuming the next delivery means you need to create another account.
If catalogs keep arriving, compare the later label with the submitted details. Send support the changed name, unit or address line and refer to the original request. Keep that information in the private support conversation, not in a public screenshot.
Keep the Tea Collection mailing label
A photo helps preserve the recipient and address. Complete Tea Collection's catalog form yourself or use its published support contact. A saved photo is not confirmation that a mailing preference changed.
