How to Stop Serena & Lily Catalogs
Ask Serena & Lily to stop both catalogs and other mailed promotions. Its policy treats them as separate choices, so a vague request to stop promotions can leave catalogs coming.
Specify both kinds of paper mail
The Serena & Lily privacy policy separates catalogs, other mailed promotions and promotional emails. For paper removal, ask for the first two. Say separately whether you also want email stopped.
Its published contacts include customercare@serenaandlily.com and 866-597-2742. The policy also describes a Catalog Mailings choice under the website's Contact Us page. If that choice is unavailable, use customer care rather than an email-only signup control.
Send a request that cannot mean email only
Use a subject such as “Stop Serena & Lily catalogs and postal promotions.” Start with the printed label, not just the address in your shopping account:
Please stop Serena & Lily catalogs and all other mailed marketing promotions for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. My purchase or registration email is [email, if applicable].
Please confirm the paper-mail preferences updated. I am not requesting account deletion or order cancellation. [State separately whether you also want promotional email stopped.]
Replace or remove every bracket before sending. Include any printed reference if it helps identify the record. A label photo should show only the relevant address panel, not other mail or payment information.
List different spellings and old labels
The policy says variations in names, addresses or email records can need separate requests. Gather the labels from duplicate copies rather than describing them all as “my address.”
For example, one copy may use a former surname while another uses initials. Ask support which versions it changed. Obtain another household member's permission before requesting changes to their mail.
Paper and email have different timelines
For requests outside its Do Not Sell My Information form, the policy allows six to twelve weeks for postal processing. Its up-to-ten-day email window is not the catalog cutoff.
Keep the response and request date. A later catalog is worth checking against the original label before sending another request. Order and account communications may continue; do not cancel a purchase or delete an account merely to stop marketing paper.
A different sender in your mailbox?
Use Serena & Lily's customer-care route for its paper mail. For another sender, a clear photo helps us identify the mailer and prepare a removal request. Your first request is free.
