How to Stop Peter Millar Catalogs
Peter Millar has a dedicated help article for stopping its catalogs. It asks for your full name and mailing address by email, or a call to Customer Care. The email-list unsubscribe is a different instruction.
Contact the published catalog route
Peter Millar's catalog-unsubscribe FAQ directs requests to concierge@petermillar.com with your full name and mailing address. It also gives the Customer Care number 888-926-0255.
The FAQ warns that one to two catalogs may arrive while the request is processing. That is a number of catalogs, not a promise of one to two weeks or a guaranteed maximum for every mailing record.
Give the name on the paper, even if your account differs
Read the back cover before writing. Copy the recipient, street, apartment or unit and ZIP code. If your household receives a catalog under an older name, explain that printed name instead of replacing it with an account nickname.
Please stop Peter Millar catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The mailing reference is [code, if present].
Please confirm which postal record you have updated. I want to stop advertising catalogs, not cancel an order or close my shopping account.
The FAQ expressly asks for name and address. A printed reference can provide additional context if one exists, but do not invent a number or withhold the request while searching for one. Omit that sentence when the label has no code.
Copying the wording does not email Peter Millar. Send the completed request privately, or use the same details when speaking with Customer Care. Keep your receipt rather than posting the catalog label publicly.
Request a Catalog is the opposite action
The help site also links a catalog-request option and a separate article about email-list removal. Use the catalog-unsubscribe article for paper delivery. Signing up for a catalog or unsubscribing an email address does not express the postal choice described above.
You can keep shopping while asking to stop advertising mail. Make that limited purpose explicit if customer service asks what you want changed. Do not choose account deletion just because its button is easier to find.
Use the later label for a useful follow-up
Save the request date and any reply. If another booklet arrives, check whether it is addressed to the same person at the same unit. A second household name or forwarded address is worth identifying in the conversation.
After the processing allowance described in the FAQ, ask about continued deliveries with the actual later cover. Avoid assuming that an automated acknowledgment confirms the postal record was changed. A specific question about the address gives Customer Care something concrete to investigate.
