How to Stop O'Neill Catalogs
Use O'Neill's U.S. Catalog Unsubscribe form to stop printed catalogs. Enter the recipient and address as they appear on the back of the paper copy, not just the email address on your shopping account.
Use Catalog Unsubscribe, not Join O'Neill
The official Catalog Unsubscribe page is specifically for the print mailing list. Its instructions ask you to match the name and address on the back of the catalog. A newsletter signup elsewhere on the site does the opposite of removal.
The catalog form shows first name, last name, email, street address, a second address line, city, state and ZIP code. Use the second line for a unit or apartment when it appears on the paper. Keep the printed address nearby while checking each entry.
If the catalog went to an old address and was forwarded, identify that old label. Entering only your new address would ask about a different mailing record. For two recipients at the same home, compare the printed names before deciding whether you have one duplicate or two separate records.
If you need to explain the label
O'Neill's U.S. privacy page names customerservice@oneillclothing.com for postal and email preferences.
If the form cannot represent the printed name or address, describe the mismatch through that contact. Keep the request limited to the catalog record and ask which address was changed. You can adapt this wording:
Please stop O'Neill print catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. This is the address shown on the back of the catalog.
I am requesting removal from the paper catalog mailing list, not an address change or account closure. Please confirm the mailing record updated and tell me whether a catalog already prepared may still arrive.
Add a short note if the printed recipient differs from your account name. Do not send payment details, a password or unrelated order documents to explain an ordinary catalog preference.
Choose paper, email and text separately
A print catalog has a postal destination. An email unsubscribe identifies an inbox, and a text-message opt-out identifies a phone number. Say print catalogs so your request does not get mistaken for one of those other changes.
The privacy page also distinguishes promotional preferences from purchase and account emails. If you still shop with O'Neill, preserve messages about an existing order. You do not need to ask for all customer records to be erased to explain which paper label you want removed.
Check the next catalog against your request
Save the date, printed address and any form acknowledgement or customer-service reply. Those details make a later follow-up more useful than starting again with only your email address.
A receipt shows that a request was submitted, not when the last catalog will arrive. If another copy comes, compare its recipient and address with the original. Ask customer service to check the same record, or explain the new variation if it is different. Do not treat an email unsubscribe confirmation as confirmation of paper removal.
Keep the O'Neill back cover readable
Photograph the sender and complete mailing label. For direct removal, complete O'Neill's form yourself and retain any confirmation it provides.
