How to Stop Miles Kimball Catalogs

Miles Kimball's contact page has a specific catalog-removal topic. Use that for its own catalogs; the separate affiliate-marketing choice addresses offers from partner companies.

Choose the catalog-removal topic

Open the official Contact Us page and choose Remove me From Catalog Mailing List. Change my Catalog Mailing Address is a different topic: it updates where a catalog goes rather than asking for no catalogs.

The page also publishes csr@mileskimball.com and 1-855-202-7394. If the form does not work for you, use that customer-service contact and make the paper-mail request explicit.

Keep the back cover while you make the request. Match the printed recipient and address, including the apartment or unit. A shopping account may use another spelling, so a message with only your email address leaves the paper record unclear.

Please remove [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code] from Miles Kimball catalogs and promotional postal mail.

I am requesting no paper catalogs, not an address change, account closure or order cancellation. Please confirm the preference and the allowance for catalogs already prepared.

Add a customer number only if one appears on your own catalog or record. There is no reason to include a payment card, password or identity document in this catalog message.

Affiliate offers need a separate choice

The California Privacy Rights page describes an opt-out for postal offers from Affiliate Marketing partners. It says each household individual needs a separate opt-out and campaigns already underway may still arrive.

That page also offers viewing and deleting personal information. Those are broader actions than stopping the Miles Kimball catalog. Do not select deletion simply because you want less paper.

If your problem includes another brand's catalog, name that sender separately. A shared corporate family or a partner preference does not establish that every company's own mailing record has changed.

Check the next label before following up

Save the date, contact route and any reply. If support gives an estimate for replying to your message, do not treat it as the date the last catalog will arrive. Ask specifically about the mailing cycle.

Two copies with different names or customer numbers are two useful clues, not just duplicates to throw away. Tell support which labels should stop and whether a household member wants their own copy retained. Do not request changes for someone else without their permission.

If another copy arrives after the allowance support gave you, reply with the original request date and the new label. Ask whether the catalog came from the same record or a different one rather than submitting a fresh catalog signup.
