How to Stop Johnny's Selected Seeds Catalogs
Johnny's Selected Seeds allows catalog removal by mail, phone, chat or email. Its contact form includes Catalog Request or Removal. Choose removal and put the full printed address in your message, not just the form's ZIP field.
Choose Catalog Request or Removal
The official Privacy Policy expressly permits removal from catalog mailings. For a written request, open Contact Us and use Send Us a Message. The topic menu includes Catalog Request or Removal.
That topic covers two opposite actions, so start the message by saying you want to stop paper catalogs. Do not use the separate Request a Catalog link in the footer, which asks for another copy.
The contact form asks for first name, last name, ZIP code, email and a message. Phone, customer number and order number are optional. It does not provide dedicated street-address fields, so include the complete mailing label in the message. A ZIP code alone identifies an area, not the catalog recipient.
Keep farm and household names together
A catalog can identify a person, farm, school or business. Preserve each line that appears with the address, including a department or unit. If the account contact and printed recipient differ, explain both instead of substituting one without context.
When you receive several copies, check their labels. A farm name plus a person's name may describe one delivery record, while another catalog uses a different recipient. Ask Customer Care to check the labels you actually received rather than asking it to remove every customer at an address.
Please stop Johnny's Selected Seeds paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The farm, business or department line is [printed line, if present]. The customer number is [number, if present].
I am choosing catalog removal, not requesting a new catalog or cancelling an order. Please confirm which printed mailing record was updated and whether another prepared catalog may still arrive.
Remove the optional sentences when they do not apply. An order number is not necessary just because the form offers a field for it. Keep passwords, payment details and unrelated purchasing records out of this request.
Phone or chat is an alternative
The contact page publishes 877-564-6697 and a chat route. Use Customer Care to explain the same catalog-removal request if the message form is not convenient. Check current contact hours on the provider page before calling.
The privacy policy notes that catalogs can be sent to catalog requesters, purchasers and other prospective customers. You do not need to identify a particular purchase to ask about an unwanted printed record. Explain the mailing you have, not a guessed reason you were added.
Email and advertising controls do not identify the paper label
Unsubscribe from Email is a separate site link. Website advertising and sale-sharing choices are also different controls. Use the catalog topic when your aim is fewer paper deliveries; do not assume those other actions update the printed record.
Save your message or conversation and its date. If another catalog arrives, compare the recipient and destination with your earlier request, then ask Customer Care to check the match. An initial reply or form receipt does not prove completed removal or a guaranteed last-mailing date.
Save the Johnny's catalog label
Keep the recipient, farm or business name, address and any customer number readable. For direct removal, contact Johnny's yourself through its published Customer Care route.
