How to Stop Harry & David Catalogs
Harry & David directs paper-mail opt-outs to its Your Privacy Choices form. Choose the marketing opt-out and Direct Mail, not account deletion or removal of saved payment methods.
Start from the official privacy notice
The Harry & David privacy notice links direct-mail and telemarketing opt-outs to Your Privacy Choices. The destination is a TrustArc form used for the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM family of brands, not a standalone Harry & David catalog signup.
The form asks for the relevant brand and request type. For this catalog, identify Harry & David rather than another brand in the same family. Start from the official privacy notice if a saved form link ever stops working.
Select the paper-mail option
- Answer the jurisdiction and requester questions accurately. Do not claim to represent someone else without permission.
- In Type of Request, select Opt Out (select below).
- In Opt Me Out of, choose Direct Mail for paper catalogs. Marketing Emails and Telemarketing calls are separate choices.
- Identify Harry & David as the brand from which the marketing was received, and complete the fields that apply to that request.
Match the name and mailing address on the catalog when the form asks for them. Review the selected choices before submitting, then save any confirmation. If the menu or required details do not fit your situation, ask the privacy team which route applies rather than guessing.
Do not select account or payment deletion
The same form offers Delete My Web/Mobile App Account and Delete Saved Payment Methods. Neither is the paper-mail option. Leave those choices alone if your only aim is to stop catalogs and keep access to purchases.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information is another distinct choice. Decide separately whether you want to make that request. Do not treat a confirmation for one privacy action as confirmation of every marketing preference.
A catalog opt-out also does not cancel a fruit club, recurring gift delivery or Celebrations Passport membership. Check the actual subscription or order through authenticated customer support if you want a billing change. Junk Mail Magic does not cancel those paid services.
If you received a gift rather than placed an order
A gift recipient may not have a shopping login or know the purchaser's account details. Use your own information and explain which address receives the catalog. Do not enter the gift buyer's password, payment information or email as if it were yours.
If an account question prevents you from completing the narrow postal request, use the notice's published privacy phone route, 1-800-356-9377, to ask for help. Do not create a new shopping account solely to work around an unclear field.
Keep the confirmation tied to the label
Save the date, selected brand and request type with the catalog label. The cited direct-mail instructions do not state a paper-delivery deadline. Ask for the applicable processing window rather than applying an email unsubscribe timeline.
If another catalog arrives, compare recipient and address details before following up. A Harry & David request is not proof that every affiliated brand stopped mailing. For other catalogs, use the sender-specific catalog routes and identify each piece separately.
One request for the right sender
Harry & David offers a direct privacy form above. For another unwanted mailer, a clear photo helps us identify its sender and prepare the removal request. Your first request is free.
