How to Stop Gardener's Supply Catalogs
Gardener's Supply directs catalog-removal requests to its Email Us page. Its email subscription settings are a separate route, so say explicitly that you want the paper catalog stopped.
Open Email Us, not email preferences
The official FAQ sends catalog-removal requests to the Email Us form. It separately links email contact preferences for newsletters.
The form labels include first name, last name, ZIP code, email, topic and a question or comment. Put the full mailing address in the message: a ZIP code and email alone do not identify the printed record.
If the form does not load, the FAQ publishes 812-260-2128 for direct contact. Ask specifically for catalog removal rather than an order change.
Use the catalog label in your message
Please stop Gardener's Supply paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The mailing reference on the label is [reference, if present].
Please confirm the catalog mailing record changed. I am not requesting an order cancellation or a change to my delivery address.
Remove the reference sentence if the label has none. Include any second label with a different name or unit as a separate record. Do not add payment details or passwords.
If the reply discusses an order or only email subscriptions, clarify that the issue is the catalog delivered to the printed street address. Ask which postal record was changed. Keep that reply with the label so you do not have to reconstruct the details later.
Moving and stopping catalogs are different requests
The FAQ uses the same contact page for catalog address changes. If you do not want catalogs at either address, say so. Updating an address can otherwise describe moving a mailing rather than ending it.
For a previous resident, explain that the recipient moved. Do not sign in as that person or change their shopping account.
Keep the reply and check later labels
The catalog-removal answer gives no fixed delivery cutoff. Save the date and reply, then compare any later catalog with the record you supplied. A different printed recipient may need its own correction.
Mail from another garden retailer needs that retailer's route. See the catalog-removal guide rather than assuming one request covers every sender.
Other catalogs arriving too?
Use Gardener's Supply's published route for its catalogs. A photo of another unwanted mailer helps us identify that sender and prepare a removal request. Your first request is free.
