How to Stop Design Within Reach Catalogs

Design Within Reach directs unwanted and extra catalog copies to its Catalog Opt-Out form. That is a different route from the removal link in its email newsletter.

Match the most recent catalog mailing panel

DWR's Catalog Opt-Out form asks you to enter contact information exactly as it appears on your most recent catalog. Its published fields include First Name, Last Name, Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country and Customer Number.

Keep the mailing panel while completing the form. A customer number is a matching detail from your own record, not a product SKU or order total. If you cannot find it, ask Client Care how to proceed rather than filling the field with a made-up number.

Complete the provider's form yourself and retain the result and date. Opening the page or seeing an Unsubscribe button does not establish that a preference has been recorded. If a security check prevents access, complete it yourself or use the published support fallback.

Unwanted copies and duplicate copies use the catalog route

The Contact Us page sends both catalog removal and extra-copy issues to the form. Decide whether you want no catalogs or merely one copy instead of several.

For duplicates, compare each mailing panel before making the request. Different recipients or customer numbers may explain why stopping one record leaves another copy. Describe each relevant label and which, if any, you want retained.

Ask Client Care when the form is unavailable

DWR publishes 800-944-2233 for general assistance and directs callers to press 1 for Client Care. Press 2 is for sales and product inquiries, not the first choice for catalog removal.

Please help stop Design Within Reach catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. I cannot complete the Catalog Opt-Out form. My customer number is [number from my catalog, if available].

Please confirm the catalog record affected and any allowance for copies already prepared. Keep existing orders and account records unchanged.

Delete the customer-number sentence if it is unavailable. This wording is for the support conversation, not a claim that a message substitutes for every required form step.

Do not use a reply estimate as a postal deadline

The contact page allows up to two business days for a reply. That is not a catalog-removal delivery deadline. Ask Client Care what processing allowance applies and keep its answer with the original request.

Email newsletter removal, cookie choices and personal-data rights are separate decisions. Stopping DWR catalogs also does not establish that another MillerKnoll brand changed its mailing list. Match the company on each physical piece rather than treating related brands as one record.
