How to Stop Christianbook Catalogs

Christianbook publishes separate instructions for its own mailing list, marketing email and sharing your address with other companies. Choose the paper-mail request and state any sharing preference separately.

Contact the mailing-list removal route

The current Christianbook privacy policy directs mailing-list removal to customer.service@christianbook.com or 800-247-4784 for the U.S. and Canada. Say that you do not want postal mailings from Christianbook.

Use the exact recipient and address printed on the catalog. If you still shop with Christianbook, distinguish paper marketing from order receipts and necessary account correspondence.

Please remove [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code] from Christianbook catalog and promotional postal mailing lists.

Please also do not share my address with other companies for their marketing. Keep my orders and necessary account messages unchanged. Please confirm both preferences and any allowance for mail already prepared.

Remove the sharing sentence if that is not part of your request. Mention any customer or catalog code from your own label if support asks for it; a payment card or account password is not needed in this message.

Use the current Mail Preference Service address

The policy also provides this written-request destination:

Christianbook Mail Preference Service
199 Rosewood Drive, Suite 250
Danvers, MA 01923

State the postal preference in the letter and include the complete mailing record. Check the current policy before sending a physical request rather than relying on an address copied from an older document.

Do not confuse email removal with catalog removal

The policy describes a separate email-notice unsubscribe route. Following an email footer does not establish that Christianbook's catalog mailing list changed. Use the customer-service instruction above for paper.

It also separates its own mailing list from sharing with other companies. A do-not-share request should be explicit if that is your goal. It does not prove that companies that already hold your address have removed their records; contact a different sender about its own later mailpiece.

Keep account changes narrower than deletion

A personal-data deletion request is broader than stopping catalog advertising. Do not ask to erase purchase history or close a shopping account just to describe a no-paper preference. If you have a paid membership or another purchased service, ask customer service about its terms separately.

The mailing-list instruction does not publish a fixed paper-removal deadline. Save your dated request and confirmation, then compare any later label with the record you supplied. The policy covers multiple businesses, but a Christianbook request should not be assumed to change a separately branded sender's mail.
