How to Stop Bradford Exchange Paper Mail

Bradford Exchange's privacy policy gives a contact for stopping ground mail. Make clear whether you want its own paper offers stopped, a sharing preference changed, or both.

Ask for no promotional ground mail

The Information Sharing section of the current Bradford Exchange privacy policy directs ground-mail preferences to its Contact Us feature or 1-866-503-9057. Use the published number if the website is unavailable to you.

Have the envelope or catalog label in front of you. Explain that the request concerns paper advertising addressed to you, not merely email unsubscribe. Give the complete address, including a unit, rather than relying on the mailing address attached to a recent order.

Please stop Bradford Exchange promotional ground mail for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code].

Please also record my preference not to share this customer information with affiliated or non-affiliated companies for promotional mail. This request is about advertising, not cancelling a purchase, collection or payment. Please confirm the scope recorded.

Remove the sharing sentence if you want only Bradford Exchange's own offers stopped. If you call, use the wording as notes; copying it here does not send a request or change a preference.

Keep purchases and collections separate

An advertisement, a shipment notice and a charge for an ongoing collection are different things. If the paper concerns an actual order or recurring purchase, resolve that through the appropriate order-service process. A no-advertising request does not establish that a purchase was cancelled.

The policy distinguishes marketing sharing from information needed to process, pack, bill and deliver orders. Do not expect a postal preference to erase those necessary transaction records.

Check the sender on each piece. Ask support which affiliated brands the preference covers, and keep a separate record if another company continues mailing. Do not assume that the shared Bradford Group name proves every list was suppressed.

Record what support actually confirms

Ask for the no-ground-mail preference, the address matched and the current allowance for offers already prepared. The policy's response period for a verified privacy-rights request is not a promised date for your last paper advertisement.

Keep a private note of the request date and any reference number. Compare a later label with the one you used: a former surname, missing unit or different customer number can point to another record worth identifying in your follow-up.

Use official support for verification questions. Do not put a full address, account number or purchase details in a public product review. Only request changes to your own record or a record you are authorized to manage.
