How to Stop Baudville Catalogs
To stop Baudville catalogs, use Unsubscribe from Catalog with the mailing address and Catalog Priority Code from the back of your copy. The email-unsubscribe link does not stop paper catalogs.
Use Unsubscribe from Catalog
Open Baudville's catalog-removal page. Its fields are First Name, Last Name, Street Address, City, State, Zip Code and Catalog Priority Code. The instructions ask for the code on the back of the catalog along with the mailing details.
Keep the catalog until you have recorded that code. A photo of the cover alone may not capture the label or the Priority code. If a digit is unclear, take a close-up rather than borrowing a code from another catalog or guessing at the missing characters.
At an office, preserve the recipient or department wording with the delivery address. A colleague's copy may have a different label even when it reaches the same mailroom. Make the request about the copy you actually received, then distinguish any additional labels.
The newsletter link does not identify the paper label
Baudville's page also has an email signup and a separate email-unsubscribe link. Those controls concern an email subscription, not the address and Priority code requested in the catalog form. Use the postal fields when you want less printed mail.
Request a Catalog does the opposite of removal. Before entering the address, check that the page is headed Unsubscribe from Catalog. Keep any response after submitting so you can refer to the request date if another copy arrives.
Ask Customer Care about an unreadable code
The catalog page publishes service@baudville.com under Contact. If you cannot read the code or cannot complete the form, ask that official contact how to identify your paper mailing record. Do not assume the code can be omitted if the provider asks for it.
Please help stop Baudville paper catalogs for [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code]. The Catalog Priority Code is [code, if readable].
I could not complete the catalog-removal form because [brief reason]. Please confirm the appropriate next step and which mailing record is affected. This is not a request to cancel an order.
Replace the brackets and leave out the problem sentence if it does not apply. If the code is missing, say so rather than copying one from a colleague's catalog. Send a cropped label image privately if needed, not a purchase statement or a screenshot containing payment information.
Keep the response and check later copies
Baudville warns that one or two more catalogs may arrive depending on print circulation. This is not a fixed processing deadline or a guarantee of the final number of copies. Save the request date and any provider response.
If another catalog arrives, compare its label and code before following up. Ask whether the original record was updated or whether the new copy identifies another recipient. Keep any order, quote or workplace purchasing question separate so the marketing request stays clear.
Capture the Baudville label and Priority code
Keep the recipient, address and catalog code readable. Complete Baudville's form yourself, or ask Customer Care for help if the code is missing.
