How to Stop Bath & Body Works Paper Mail

Bath & Body Works has a mailing-address request for stopping paper coupons. Its Delete choice removes you from that mailing list; it is not an instruction to delete your Rewards account.

Choose Delete, not Add or an address update

The official mailing-list unsubscribe article links to the Mailing Address Request form. It instructs you to select Mailing Address Request as the topic and Delete as the request type, then provide the required information.

Follow those current instructions on the provider's site. A general request page may first ask which issue you have. If it presents a human-verification step, complete it yourself before continuing. Do not treat a blocked or unfinished form as a submitted request.

Keep the coupon envelope or label nearby. A name variation or missing apartment number can make a household record ambiguous. Use the recipient and address shown on the unwanted mail rather than assuming the address saved for shopping is identical.

Please remove [name as printed] at [full mailing address, including unit and ZIP code] from Bath & Body Works promotional paper mail and mailed coupons.

I am requesting the mailing-list Delete preference, not an address update or Rewards account deletion. Please confirm the paper-mail change and any remaining mailing allowance.

This is wording for the mailing request or a support follow-up. It does not imply that every stage of the form offers a free-text box. Fill the fields the official page actually asks for.

Allow for printed coupons already prepared

The article says the mailing-list change may take 60 to 90 days to fully affect delivery because some mailers are printed ahead. It also asks you not to use mailed coupons in the meantime, because doing so may delay removal.

Record the submission date so you can distinguish a coupon within that allowance from continued mail later. Keep any confirmation message. An initial receipt proves the request reached the form, not that the last printed piece has arrived.

If you plan to use a coupon you already have, consider the provider's warning before judging whether the opt-out failed. Do not repeatedly select Add and Delete to test the form; that creates contradictory preferences rather than a clear request.

Keep Rewards and other channels separate

An email unsubscribe, text STOP or change to the address used for an order has another purpose. State that you want paper promotions stopped while retaining any shopping or Rewards services you still use.

For a duplicate copy, compare both printed names. Ask about the extra record only with that recipient's permission. A preference saved for one person should not be assumed to remove everyone at the address.

If coupons continue beyond the published allowance, follow up with the original date and the newest label. Explain whether the spelling, unit or customer reference differs. Do not include login codes, payment details or unrelated order documents when a clear mailing record is the issue.

Keep the coupon label readable

A photo preserves the details on an unwanted paper coupon. Complete Bath & Body Works' official mailing-address request yourself, including any verification. A saved photo is not confirmation that its list changed.
