- Does the pilot remove mail already in the building?
- No. The QR pilot helps residents reduce future unwanted mail at the source. Physical mailroom cleanup is a separate service quoted by building size.
- What is included for residents?
- Every participating resident receives a first unsubscribe free. The building receives the QR rollout materials and the 30-day management report.
- What does management receive after 30 days?
- The report summarizes resident participation and removal requests started during the building pilot.
- What is the launch guarantee?
- After we receive the property name, rollout contact, and complete launch details, we deliver the building-specific QR code, flyer, and resident email copy within five business days. If we do not, the building can request a full refund of the $499 pilot fee.
